Job summary

FastLane Group in Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Hong Kong payroll, MPF administration, Employer’s Return and visa matters for international clients. The role collaborates with regional teams and develops payroll operation skills in a dynamic environment.

You will handle payroll processing, visa documentation, HR admin and reports, with on-site work for the first three months and a hybrid model thereafter.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in payroll and employment visa administration.
• Experience with Hong Kong payroll and HR practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS is an advantage.
• Good understanding of MPF, Employer's Return requirements, and visa processes.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and able to handle written documentation.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, overtime, statutory deductions, and MPF administration.
• Visa Administration: support employment visa applications, renewals, and related immigration matters; liaise with authorities.
• HR & Administrative Support: maintain employee records, generate reports, support onboarding and HR activities.
