Job summary

Vistra in Malaysia is hiring a Specialist, Payroll based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role reports to the Manager, Payroll and covers regional payroll processes, ensuring accurate data entry and timely payroll execution.

You will perform full payroll processing, including calculation, reconciliation, statutory remittance and year-end reporting, while maintaining compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with UK/SG/HK payroll processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Understanding of customers and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Input data into payroll system and maintain staff payroll information.
• Provide full spectrum of payroll processing, calculation and reconciliation.
• Monitor payroll activities and ensure timely processing.
• Manage workflow to ensure accurate payroll transactions and remittance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Submit timely statutory remittance.
• Process accurate year-end reporting.
