Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Support Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to provide L2/L3 enterprise support across Microsoft 365, with strong hands-on Entra ID and Power Automate expertise.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, manage identity and access, and develop automation workflows to improve operational efficiency. 3-7 years in enterprise Microsoft environments is preferred, with certification a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
3-7 years of enterprise Microsoft experience.
Hands-on Entra ID/Azure AD and Power Automate mandatory.
Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online or OneDrive.
Familiarity with MFA, SSO, Conditional Access and RBAC.
Scripting with PowerShell for administration and automation.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services across Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Administer Entra ID/Azure AD including MFA, SSO, and group management.
Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate IT and business processes.
Troubleshoot identity, access, and device management issues in Intune.
Resolve mail flow and Outlook issues and manage policy configurations.
Assist with deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 services.
