Job summary

Mission Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / Systems Engineer to own and operate our Microsoft 365 stack across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview.

You will manage tenant configuration, licensing, governance, and lifecycle, while troubleshooting complex issues, implementing security controls, and driving automation with PowerShell and Graph APIs. Remote/hybrid support across global locations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft 365 administration, systems engineering, enterprise IT support, or a similar technical role.
Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, including mail flow, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including identity management and MFA.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical owner for the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment across platforms.
Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview.
Configure and maintain Exchange Online mail flow, retention and security controls, including hybrid environments where applicable.
Configure and manage Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive permissions and lifecycle management.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Graph, and Power Automate for admin tasks, reporting, and provisioning.
Provide senior-level technical support to onsite and remote users across global locations, handling incidents and escalations.
