Job summary

Mission Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd (MCS) is seeking a senior Microsoft 365 administrator to own and optimize our global 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.

You will manage governance, licensing, security, and hybrid configurations, providing advanced troubleshooting and automation through PowerShell and Graph APIs. On-site role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with collaboration across IT, security, and business teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in Microsoft 365 administration or enterprise IT support.
Strong hands-on with Exchange Online, Entra ID and security controls.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation tasks.
Experience in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Governance, licensing, change management and service lifecycle activities.
Troubleshoot complex issues across identities, endpoints, and collaboration apps.
Implement security controls: Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and eDiscovery.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and technical knowledge base.
