Job summary
Cochlear Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Principal Engineer - M365 Engineer to own Entra ID operations and design, troubleshooting CA at scale, and lead SSO integrations in a hybrid identity environment. You will manage Microsoft 365 services, automate identity tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, and provide Tier 3 support for complex authentication incidents.
The role focuses on cloud services and collaboration workloads with hybrid AD/Entra ID, contributing to continuous platform improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Microsoft 365/Identity & Access or infra engineering in medium/large enterprise.
- Senior systems/solutions experience with M365 design and Entra ID.
- Strong PowerShell and Graph API for automation and identity workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate Entra ID platform with CA at scale.
- Lead SSO onboarding and MFA enforcement for internal/third-party apps.
- Provide L3 support for complex M365/identity incidents.
- Automate identity ops with PowerShell and Graph API.
- Collaborate on root-cause analysis and platform improvements.
