Job summary

Absolutemkt in Malaysia is seeking a Senior / Merchandising Operations Manager to own a large-scale merchandising project, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence across the field.

You will lead merchandising operations and project execution, manage manpower planning, leverage BI and data insights to close gaps, and coach the team through field visits and training.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in merchandising, retail, field operations or project management.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of KPI, SOP and field operations.
• Comfortable with field visits and managing a fast-paced operation.
