Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior Operations Executive to support nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage manpower fulfilment, and maintain consistent execution quality across accounts.

You will monitor deployments, track KPIs, audit field execution, coach team leaders, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Qualifikationen

• SPM or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts.
• Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, and coordinate with the recruitment team when additional resources are required.
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit execution compliance, coach team leaders, and maintain service standards.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel and work on weekends when required.
