Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a Senior Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to lead field marketing and merchandising projects. The role includes overseeing operations, ensuring execution quality, and tracking performance metrics.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3–5 years of experience in operations, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Must be willing to travel and work weekends as needed.

About This Role

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Senior Operations Executive to support the execution of nationwide field marketing and merchandising projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, manpower fulfilment, and consistent execution quality across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure campaigns and merchandising activities are executed effectively across assigned accounts
• Monitor manpower deployment and headcount fulfilment, and coordinate with the recruitment team when additional resources are required
• Track project KPIs and performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct regular field visits to audit execution compliance, coach team leaders, and maintain service standards
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

• At least posses SPM or Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in managing field teams and handling operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong ownership and leadership capabilities
