• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire student recruitment process from inquiry to induction.
• Attend school fairs, open days and related events.
• Check documents and ensure submission for admission.
• Maintain accurate inquiries and enrolments in the Student Management System.
• Administer wait-lists with transparency and clear communications.
• Generate Letters of Admission and Student Contracts for accepted students.
• Arrange tours, assessments and interviews for prospective families.
• Handle inquiries via email, WhatsApp, WeChat, phone and in person.
• Address complaints professionally and engage recruitment agencies to drive enrolment.
