Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven ability to communicate with clients in English; Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the admission process from enquiry to enrolment with strong customer service
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, social media, website updates)
• Conduct school tours and admission presentations to prospective families
• Maintain CRM and track enquiries and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with departments to gather information on events, achievements, and initiatives for marketing
• Monitor and analyse marketing initiatives and provide reports and recommendations
• Attend education fairs and community events to promote the school and build relationships
