Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is assisting a growing international school in the Klang Valley to hire a proactive Marketing Executive. You will lead parent engagement and drive student admissions through multi-channel campaigns and events.

Work with registry and finance to ensure smooth onboarding, manage leads, and monitor market trends to optimize promotions. A Bachelor degree and at least 2 years in sales or education services are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a target-driven role.
• Experience managing parent or client relationships, ideally in education/services.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel communication strategies to engage prospective families and guide them through the enrolment journey.
• Plan and orchestrate campus open days, educational fairs, and community outreach campaigns to elevate brand visibility.
• Manage lead databases and pipeline tracking systems to ensure high conversion efficiency and accurate record keeping.
• Partner with registry and finance teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new admissions.
• Evaluate local market trends and outreach performance to design high-impact promotional strategies.
