Job summary

LUXASIA in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to support weekly and monthly sales reporting, and commission calculations for retail channels. You will coordinate administrative duties and assist cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of business operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Retail/consumer goods exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Administration, Commercial Support, or a similar role.
• Experience in the retail, FMCG, beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in reporting, sales operations, or retail support.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Business reporting & analytics - Prepare and consolidate weekly & monthly sales reports. Generate management reports for all channels.
• Calculate and verify monthly commission calculations for retail channels to be uploaded on a timely manner.
• Monitor and distribute weekly reports to multiple departments.
• Coordinate administrative requirements such as promotional licence applications and prepare meeting scheduling.
• Schedule meetings and support cross-functional business coordination.
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Marketing team to ensure timely and accurate execution of business operations.
