Job summary

Lifecare Diagnostic Medical Centre is seeking an Agency Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations of the Agency Business Division. You will coordinate administration, business operations, training, events, sales support, reporting, and partner services across all agency channels to ensure efficient execution and strong stakeholder support.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or sales coordination, a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations, administration, agency support or sales coordination.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance or agency management is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations across agency channels and strategic partners.
  • Ensure operational SOPs are implemented consistently.
  • Manage agency partner onboarding, appointments, transfers, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, documentation, agency structures, and databases.
  • Process e-orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate customised packages and promotional campaigns.
  • Verify payments and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with Finance on reconciliation and operational matters.
  • Support implementation of new business initiatives and process improvements.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, recruitment sessions, coaching, and product training.
  • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, attendance records, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Organise orientation programmes, training sessions, health talks, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, roadshows, incentive programmes, recognition events, and partner activities.
  • Manage registrations, logistics, training records, evaluations, and post-event reporting.
  • Prepare weekly sales, recruitment, campaign, and training reports.
  • Develop business dashboards and operational reports.
  • Provide accurate business insights and operational data to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Facilitate communication between agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support operational improvements through effective collaboration.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to agency partner and customer enquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments and resolve operational issues.
  • Deliver efficient administrative support to enhance partner and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
