Job summary

BEWONDER HOLDING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive in Sabah to lead the marketing team and drive online and offline campaigns. The role involves planning, executing promotions, budgeting, and collaborating with management on strategic marketing directions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing within FMCG or health/beauty sectors, strong communication, and proven leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor in Business, Masscom, Marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years in Marketing, preferably FMCG or health/beauty products.
• 3 years experience as Senior Marketing position.
• Good communication with all levels.
• Strong supervision, planning and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Report to head of department / Appointed by the Management.
• Supervise and lead Marketing Team.
• Plan, propose, execute marketing direction, promotions and strategy, campaign and budget (Online / Offline).
• Participate in marketing events such as tradeshows and customer-focused field marketing events.
• Collaborate with HOD for sales and marketing campaigns and market intelligence.
• Oversee branding engagement activities, copy writing, social media campaigns and performance.
• Assist in supervising team strategies, implementation and troubleshooting (Digital or Offline).
• Assist in KPI setting, training and hiring for the team (Sub) S&M.
• Conduct research and data analysis to identify audiences and positioning.
• Manage customer/audience relationships and engage third-party promotional events.
• Handle adhoc requests from Management.

Key Responsibilities

• 1) Report to head of department / Appointed by the Management
• 2) Supervise and Lead Marketing Team
• 3) Plan, Propose, Execute Marketing Direction, promotions and strategy, campaign and budget (Online / Offline) –
• 4) Participates/Leads in marketing events such as tradeshows, related occasions, customer focused-field marketing events or activities
• 5) Contributing ideas and suggest for improvements as well as collaborate with other HOD for sales and marketing and promotional campaign or program / Market Intelligence
• 6) Overview in team branding engagement activities, writing and proofreading creative copy/ Copy writing, social media campaigns and monitor its performance
• 7) Overview engagement in Marketing/ PR Materials (Graphics, Banner, Pamphlets, Poster & Etc)
• 8) Assist in Supervising team with strategies, implement and troubleshoot (Digital or Offline) towards business goal
• 9) Assist in Job task/ KPI setting, training and Hiring for the team (Sub) S&M
• 10) Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and meet audiences (Product/ Placing positioning)
• 11) Overview on Customer /Audience relationship management
• 12) Engage inhouse or Third (3rd) party promotional events, and branding activities
• 13) Other adhoc request from Management

Requirements

• 1. Candidate must posses’ Diploma / Bachelor in Business, Masscom, Marketing, or its related field
• 2. At least 3 years in Marketing / Preferably FMCG industry or product dealing with health /beauty
• 3. Has 3 years experience as Senior Marketing Position Role
• 4. Able to communicate well with all levels
• 5. Strong in Supervising / Planning and multitasking
