Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft 365 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide steady state support to the messaging infrastructure and on-call responsibilities.
• Handle escalations, critical issues, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and work with clients to resolve problems.
• Maintain and secure the M365 environment, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Document configurations, changes and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay up to date with latest M365 features and best practices.
