Job summary
Dyson Institute is seeking an experienced M365 and Exchange Platform Engineer to architect, operate, and automate the Microsoft 365 tenant and Exchange Online platform. You will drive high availability, performance, and efficient licensing while leading capability rollouts and cloud feature adoption.
Strong scripting with PowerShell and Graph API, plus certifications, will be highly valued as you optimize governance, security, and service delivery across a global enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on engineering experience administering large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365 tenants and Exchange Online.
- Advanced scripting capabilities using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and tenant management.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Messaging Administrator Associate certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and operate the M365 and Exchange Online platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop automation using Graph API and PowerShell to streamline tenant administration.
- Manage licensing lifecycles and optimize license utilization.
- Lead capability rollout and adoption of new Microsoft cloud features.
