Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Messaging Services Senior Specialist to manage and support our email and collaboration infrastructure. You will ensure steady state operations for M365 services, Exchange Online, security and compliance, and Power Platform administration.

You will handle escalations and on-call responsibilities, work across shifts, and collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience supporting email and collaboration infrastructures in an enterprise environment.
Ability to work in shifts to support SGT/MYT time zones and on-call duty.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, security, and compliance.
Experience with data governance, sensitivity labeling, DLP, and insider risk management within Microsoft 365.
Ability to provide advanced technical support for complex integration issues.

Responsibilities

Provide customer-centric, high-quality support for messaging and collaboration infrastructure.
Explain technical concepts clearly to end users.
Handle on-call responsibilities, escalations, and critical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions.
