Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Messaging Services Advisor to apply broad knowledge in identifying customer needs and supporting messaging systems. The role includes complex issue analysis, on-call duties, escalations, upgrades, and maintenance, with expert handling of Microsoft Teams and Zoom administration.

The candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot integrations, manage licensing, and ensure secure, reliable communications across the organization, while adapting to evolving technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience MS Teams & Zoom administration.
• Microsoft Teams certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide steady-state support to the messaging infrastructure and on-call responsibilities.
• Mentor team members and handle escalations and complex issues.
• Manage Zoom and MS Teams in cloud or hosted environments; ensure security policies.
