Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Messaging Services Advisor with deep expertise in SharePoint Online and on-premises deployments.

You will provide advanced support for messaging infrastructure, manage on-call duties, and mentor team members on complex integration issues. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in SharePoint Online/OneDrive, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients while delivering high-quality service across the entire client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Microsoft SharePoint certification preferred.

Responsibilities

A customer‑centric approach with a focus on delivering high‑quality support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to end users.
Understanding their requirements and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey.
Integrates trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations.
Provides advanced technical support within area of expertise to clients on complex integration issues and escalation.
Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions.
