Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Messaging Services Advisor to manage and support the email and collaboration infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on M365 services such as Exchange Online, Defender for Office 365, and Purview. The role involves on-call support, escalations, and maintenance activities to ensure reliable communications for clients.

The advisor will apply deep technical knowledge to protect data, maintain system health, and guide junior staff while delivering a customer-centric experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview.
• Microsoft 365 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide steady-state support to the email and collaboration infrastructure and handle on-call responsibilities.
• Manage escalations, critical issues, upgrades and maintenance activities.
• Be an expert on M365 services including Exchange Online, security and compliance within the M365 ecosystem.
