Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a IT Helpdesk professional in Kuala Lumpur to administer Microsoft 365, manage AD and server checks, and troubleshoot staff connectivity issues. You will coordinate equipment servicing with hardware vendors and support end users across Windows and macOS environments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s in CS/IT with 2–4 years of hands-on IT helpdesk experience and familiarity with Freshservice or Zendesk.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a relevant technical discipline.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or technical service desk roles.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (M365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Basic Windows Server knowledge, including AD user administration, DHCP, and DNS lookups.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for end-user network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, IP Ping).
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS, common office software, and hardware; experience with helpdesk software.

About you

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or technical service desk roles
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (M365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive)
• Basic working knowledge of Windows Server, particularly Active Directory user administration, DHCP, and DNS lookups
• Solid troubleshooting skills for end-user network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, LAN cables, basic IP routing/ping commands)
• Familiarity with both Windows and macOS operating systems, standard office software, and common computer hardware
• Experience using an IT ticketing system (Freshservice, Zendesk, or similar helpdesk software)
