Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking a Messaging Services Advisor to support and optimize our messaging platforms. You will apply theory to identify customer needs, provide on-call support, and mentor teammates in complex issues.

You will work with MS Teams and Zoom administration, handle escalations, and ensure secure, reliable communications for clients. This role requires collaboration across teams and ongoing documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with MS Teams & Zoom administration.
• Microsoft Teams certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for MS Teams and Zoom within the messaging infrastructure.
• Handle on-call and escalations, resolve complex integration issues.
• Mentor team members and contribute to ongoing operations.
• Document procedures and maintain system health.
