Job summary

Wolfspeed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an M365 specialist to manage Exchange Online mailboxes, groups, and mail flow, plus SharePoint and OneDrive sites with proper permissions and quotas.

You will handle Entra ID identity tasks, governance, conditional access, and periodic access reviews, while enforcing retention and compliance policies across workloads. The role includes incident response, eDiscovery, and supporting tenant migrations and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, conditional access and license management.
• Familiar with retention, data protection and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, groups and mail flow rules.
• Administer SharePoint and OneDrive sites, including permissions and storage quotas.
• Monitor service health, respond to incidents, and communicate workarounds.
• Support migrations, tenant changes, eDiscovery, legal holds and audits.
