You will manage sales from prospecting to closing, visit customers, prepare proposals, and collaborate with marketing and operations. A proven 1–2 years sales track record, strong communication, and a proactive, target‑driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience, senior/executive preferred.
• Strong sales process knowledge: prospecting, negotiation, closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Organisational and time management skills; multi-client handling.
• Target-driven with track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Problem-solving and proactive sales approach.
• Professional presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of lubricants and finished fluids in territory.
• Visit existing customers and develop new lubricant accounts.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and quotations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Negotiate and close deals while meeting targets.
• Maintain detailed customer records and sales docs.
