Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive day-to-day sales operations in a fast-paced market in Malaysia. You will make regular sales calls, visit customers, manage inquiries and quotations, and ensure timely payment collection within credit terms.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business studies is required.
• 1–2 years experience in lubricant, automotive spare-parts or chemical distribution sales.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Own transport and valid driving license.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day sales operations including calls and visits.
• Handle sales inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Provide after-sales service and attend to complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collect payments within credit terms.
• Develop new sales volume and expand new accounts by prospecting.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs; advise on product applications and pricing.
• Submit daily and weekly pipeline reports.
• Carry out monthly sales forecasts and sell-out analysis.
• Gather market information on pricing, products, competitors and trends.
