Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and international logistics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential new clients.
• Acquire new customers and expand the company's portfolio.
• Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
• Research the latest in the business industry and create opportunities to expand business.
• Understand customers' logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Ensure quotations and commercial proposals are competitive and viable.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to meet requirements and goals.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and forecasts.
• Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and expectations.
• Work with operations, customer service, pricing, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Strong understanding of product offerings, business position, and competition to stay competitive.
