Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in leasing operation, property management or related field.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, tenancy agreements and property operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support cross-functional responsibilities, including assisting the Sales Team when required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport will be an advantage.
• Mandarin is a must, as you will be dealing with Mandarin-speaking colleagues/clients from China.
