We are looking for an experienced "Senior Leasing Operation Executive" to manage leasing operations, tenancy administration, and tenant relationships. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive and able to work independently while ensuring smooth leasing operations.
Key responsibilities
Manage day to day leasing operations and tenancy administration.
Handle enquirers, property viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation.
Coordinate with tenants, landlords, property agents, contractors and internal department.
Ensure vacant units are ready for leasing and coordinate maintenance when required.
Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Support leasing strategies to improve occupancy and tenant retention.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Assist the Sales Team with sales-related activities during non-peak leasing periods or when operational workload permits.
About you
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in leasing operation, property management or a related field.
Good knowledge of leasing processes, tenancy agreements and property operations.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to support cross-functional responsibilities, including assisting the Sales Team when required.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport will be an advantage.
Mandarin is a must, as you will be dealing with Mandarin-speaking colleagues/clients from China.
