Jora Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Sales & Leasing to support daily sales and leasing operations in Penang. You will assist with customer engagement, leasing documentation, tenant coordination and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely responses to inquiries and ongoing coordination with internal teams to drive sales and leasing success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years' relevant working experience in sales, leasing or property-related industries.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities, property launches and promotional events.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and site visits.
• Assist in market research and competitor monitoring.
• Prepare and administer lease documents, renewals and related correspondence.
• Coordinate tenancy documentation and approval processes.
• Attend to tenant enquiries and support tenant onboarding.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate sales and leasing activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and operational updates.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years' relevant working experience in sales, leasing or property-related industries.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
