Senior Leasing Executive/ Asst Leasing Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactiveSenior Leasing Executive / Assistant Leasing Managerto support and manage the company’s leasing and property-related activities. This role requires strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinatenew and renewal applications for business licencesfor all stores/sites.
- Managenew utility applications, transfers and terminations, including follow-up with relevant authorities and service providers.
- Supportnew site opening activities, including arrangement and tracking of deposits, tenancy agreements, utilities, licences and other related matters.
- Coordinate and assist withstore relocation projects, ensuring leasing, documentation and administrative requirements are completed within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with landlords, property management and relevant parties ontenancy agreements, renewals, pending signatures and other leasing matters.
- Follow up onoutstanding tenancy agreements, supporting documents, deposits and landlord requirements.
- Prepare and issueletters, memorandums, notices and other leasing-related correspondencefor existing stores.
- Monitor and follow up ondeposit refunds for closed storesuntil completion.
- Handle and resolvestore-related leasing and property issues, escalating matters where necessary.
- Maintain accuratehardcopy and softcopy filing, records and tracking reports for all leasing-related documents.
- Coordinatecourier and document deliveryfor tenancy agreements, official letters and other leasing documents.
- Maintain proper tracking oftenancy expiry dates, licence renewals, deposits, utilities and other key leasing deadlines.
- Liaise closely with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Project/Construction and other relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of store-related matters.
- Manage and application ofFOSIM and other regulatory/property-related requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned leasing portfolios and ensure all matters are followed up and closed within the required timeline.
- Perform any otherleasing, property or ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, retail leasing or a related field.
- Candidates with experience inretail / F&B / multi-site operations leasingwill have an added advantage.
- Good understanding oftenancy agreements, leasing administration, landlord coordination and property-related documentation.
- Experience in handlingbusiness licences, utilities, tenancy renewals, deposits and store opening/closure mattersis preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Able to communicate effectively withlandlords, property management, authorities, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and strong document management skills.
- Able to manage multiple sites, deadlines and priorities independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willing to travel to stores/sites when required
