Aset Kayamas Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Leasing Executive / Leasing Executive (Retail / Mall) to identify, approach, and secure quality retail tenants, negotiate leases, renewals, and drive occupancy. You will analyze rental rates and performance, prepare leasing reports, manage documentation, and coordinate with tenants and internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is an advantage.

Build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external business partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant concerns and operational coordination.
Analyse rental rates, gross sales turnover, and occupancy cost to support revenue management and planning.
Monitor current and upcoming vacancies and proactively plan to meet occupancy targets.
Prepare monthly tenant occupancy, outstanding, and leasing performance reports.
Prepare, review, and manage leasing documentation, including Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, reminders, and termination notices.
Maintain accurate tenant databases and leasing records in compliance with corporate policies.
Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and leasing regulations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, mall, or commercial property leasing and business development.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of lease negotiation, tenancy agreements, and retail business development.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is an advantage for effective liaison with Chinese clients.
Own transport and willing to travel within assigned property locations.
