Job summary

Klanggroup in Malaysia is seeking a Leasing & Business Development Executive to drive market surveys, rental analysis, and leasing proposals. You will handle inquiries, conduct site viewings, negotiate terms, and liaise with agents, landlords, tenants and lawyers to ensure smooth leasing and handover processes.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are required for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Retail & Commercial Property Leasing and/or Sales & Marketing field.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Interaction with Mandarin-Speaking Clients)

Responsibilities

• Carry out Market Surveys and Rental Analysis.
• Handle Leasing Enquiries, conduct Site Viewings, and present Leasing Proposals to potential Tenants.
• Negotiate Rental Rates, Commercial Terms, Tenancy Conditions, and monitor the signing of relevant documents.
• Liaise with Property Agents, Landlords, Tenants, and Lawyers to ensure smooth leasing and handover processes.
• Maintain and update Project Occupancy Status and surrounding Market Leasing Status, and prepare regular reports.
• Other duties and assignments as directed by Management.

Responsibilities :

Carry out Market Surveys, Rental Analysis, and prepare Leasing Proposals.

Handle Leasing Enquiries, conduct Site Viewings, and present Leasing Proposals to potential Tenants.

Negotiate Rental Rates, Commercial Terms, Tenancy Conditions, and monitor the signing of Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, and necessary documents.

Liaise with Property Agents, Landlords, Tenants, and Lawyers to ensure smooth leasing and handover processes.

Maintain and update Project Occupancy Status and surrounding Market Leasing Status, and prepare regular reports.

Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Experienced in Retail & Commercial Property Leasing and/or Sales & Marketing field.

Experienced in executing Leasing Activities, including Tenant Sourcing, Lease Coordination, and Negotiation for Retail & Commercial Properties.

Candidates with experience in Branding & Marketing Agency, Media, Advertising, Business Services, Event, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Retail, or E-Commerce Industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

Familiar with Basic Tenancy Agreements, Commercial Leasing Terms with Mall / Office Leasing / Property Sales & Marketing Experience is an Added Advantage.
