Job summary

Home Of Industrial Ideas in Malaysia seeks a Senior Account Manager to develop and execute a total solutions roadmap for Power Products, focusing on strategic growth and value-based sales. You will report to the Country Manager and collaborate with the Business Development Manager - Power Equipment.

You will identify and maintain long-term relationships with major key accounts, promote specialty rental solutions, and drive customer share through coordinated plans, forecasting, and issue

Qualifications

• Identifying and managing key accounts across categories.
• Developing activity plans for contacts, meetings, and agreements.
• Building trust and being first in mind for specialty rental solutions.
• Coordinating with regional sales to obtain key project lists.
• Driving customer share and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Identifying Key accounts in various categories and develop activity plan for contacts, meetings, agreements
• Develop trust relationships to ensure that we are first in mind, first in choice for specialty rental solutions
• Obtain complete list of Key projects from the listed accounts in co-ordination with the regional sales manager
• Work closely with Business Development manager to ensure that we are climbing customer share ladder
• Resolve issues / problems faced by customer
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stake holders using Key account metrics
• Business development meetings, driving presence and customer share
