Job summary

Sarens is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will manage key relationships with important clients in the heavy lifting sector, providing engineered solutions and ensuring project delivery.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. The role offers a market-conform salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within construction, cranes or heavy equipment.
• Proven experience in key account management or sales in heavy equipment, construction or industrial services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Experience with contract management and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strategic key accounts within the heavy lifting and transport market.
• Identify growth potential, lead commercial discussions and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering and Planning teams for project delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for key clients, monitoring satisfaction.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and commercial reports for senior management.
