Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by securing new contracts and managing key enterprise clients for power generation systems. You will bridge technical requirements with commercial proposals to deliver reliable power solutions.

The role covers hunting new business, preparing tenders and quotations, negotiating terms, coordinating with operations, and building long-term client relationships across industries. Travel across Klang Valley and regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.
• 3–4 years direct sales experience in diesel generators, M&E systems or industrial heavy equipment.
• Strong network with M&E contractors, property developers and site project managers.
• Proactive individual contributor with negotiation skills and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities while managing existing accounts across construction, data centre, marine, and industrial sectors.
• Prepare technical tenders, commercial quotations, and contract proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with site project managers and corporate buyers.
• Coordinate with internal operations, engineering and service teams for delivery and installation.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients for spare parts, upgrades and maintenance contracts.
• Travel across the Klang Valley and key regional sites to meet clients.
