Senior Key Account Executive (Packaging)

Role Summary
The Account Executive will manage day-to-day customer accounts and lead cross-functional coordination throughout the customer lifecycle—from initial RFQ and NPI (New Product Introduction) through to mass production, delivery, and account growth . This role acts as the main bridge between industrial clients and internal Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams .
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships .
- NPI & Project Coordination: Coordinate new product qualification, sample submissions, testing, and engineering change notices (ECN/PCN) alongside Engineering and BD .
- Mass Production & Order Execution: Track demand forecasts, monitor production/delivery schedules, and manage recovery plans for potential delivery delays or material shortages .
- Quality & Issue Resolution: Facilitate customer complaint investigations with the Quality team, ensuring corrective actions (8D/CAPA) are communicated and closed promptly .
- Business Development Support: Partner with BD to identify cross-selling opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and expand business within existing customer accounts .
- Cross-Functional Escalation: Lead daily cross-functional meetings and maintain accurate project/RFQ tracking records for management review .
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline .
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B customer account management, program management, sales coordination, or project management .
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, EMS, Semiconductor, Datacom, or Industrial Packaging is strongly preferred .
- Technical Familiarity: Comfortable reading technical customer drawings; exposure to protective packaging materials (paper, foam, wood, plastics) is a plus .
- Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools . Confident in cross-functional problem-solving and handling client escalations .
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable to manage regional transfer projects .
