Job summary

V-Series International Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth in Shah Alam. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and craft tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, negotiate terms, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely collections while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related commercial role.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Experience with tenders, quotations, and contract discussions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand customer base and market presence.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and propose solutions with internal teams.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, presentations, proposals, tenders, negotiations, and closure.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while aligning with company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project handover, execution, and delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to sales process improvements.
• Work with management to achieve departmental targets and company goals.
