Job summary

Ideal candidates have a healthcare background with 7+ years of experience, preferably in cardiovascular/vascular areas, and strong analytics, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years relevant experience in healthcare, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Cardiovascular or Vascular domain is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel to client and distributor sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies with distributors to meet business goals.
• Manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and collaborate with internal and distributor stakeholders to drive performance.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other functions to align strategy and execution.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to guide decisions.
