Job summary

Terumo Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Clinical Training Specialist to develop and implement training strategies that strengthen clinical knowledge and product proficiency across internal and external stakeholders. You will lead hands-on workshops, simulations and SOP-driven education in collaboration with regional teams to align with business priorities.

The role requires about 10 years in medical devices/pharma and at least 3 years of training experience, with strong cardiology knowledge

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's in Biomedical, Nursing or a science-related degree.
Approximately 10 years of relevant medical device/pharma experience.
At least 3 years of dedicated training experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize training programs with coordination between business needs and the TIS Business Manager; manage invites, details and logistics.
Develop SOPs and curricula for education and training programs; plan budgets and calendar.
Build the Country Education Network to share best practices and partner with external organizations.
Manage training infrastructure including devices, materials and procurement; ensure inventory is adequate.
Maintain training database, collect feedback and report monthly/quarterly events and outcomes.
