Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum 7 years of healthcare experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Cardiovascular or Vascular therapies is preferred with at least 5 years in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing territories, key accounts, and new business opportunities.
• Influence distributor sales teams to execute commercial strategies and account plans.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to expand product adoption.
• Provide product and clinical support while coaching distributor capabilities.
• Support new product launches and market development to accelerate penetration.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and coordinate inventory with distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to generate insights.
• Maintain sales pipelines and report performance, forecasts, and corrective actions.
