Job summary

Terumo Interventional Systems in Selangor is seeking a Senior Clinical Training Specialist to design and lead training programs, workshops, and simulation-based sessions for internal staff and external users. You will work with the Business Manager, Regional Training and Marketing teams to align training with business goals and customer needs.

The role requires a strong background in cardiology, extensive medical device training experience, and the ability to manage budgets and partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Biomedical, Nursing or related Science degree.
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 3+ years of training experience.
• Proficient in cardiology knowledge and training techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize training programs aligned with business needs and budgets.
• Develop SOPs and curricula for internal and external participants.
• Build and leverage Country Education Network (CEN) for best practices.
• Manage training infrastructure, devices, materials, and inventory.
• Maintain training database, collate feedback, and report monthly/quarterly activities.
