Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of sales and business development experience in the Pumps & Valves industry.
• MNC experience preferred.
• Proven track record in developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth and managing key accounts.
• Experience leading a sales team of approximately 10 members.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share and achieve sales targets
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team to strengthen customer relationships and maximise performance
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships within the industrial equipment sector
• Oversee key accounts and relationships with major customers, distributors and contractors
• Drive the sales and marketing of industrial equipment, particularly pumps, valves and related products
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage
• Establish sales budgets, forecasts and performance targets
• Work closely with technical, operations and customer service teams
