Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering/Facilities).
• Minimum 5 years managing industrial facilities.
• Experience across multiple sites or locations on a single account is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
• Financial governance including P&L, budgeting and cost control is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FM service delivery across multiple sites.
• Manage P&L and financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
• Lead recruitment, training and performance management of the account team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and health & safety adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive continuous improvement and operations excellence across the account.
