Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to lead a defined contract across multiple sites, owning P&L and delivering hard and soft FM services. You will build a high-performing team, ensure contractual commitments are met, and partner with stakeholders to maintain exceptional client care.

Based in Perai, Penang, the role focuses on manufacturing plants with a locally led operation model and strong governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of M&E & FM operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing operations across multiple sites or locations for a single account.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; in lieu, combination of experience and education considered.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate performance expectations and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead profit and loss for the contract, including revenue and cost delivery.
• Ensure optimal staffing structures balancing cost and service quality.
• Establish governance and compliance across the Local Operating Model.
• Drive commercial and financial reporting with effective controls.
• Oversee supply chain, supplier performance, and scope expansion opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative culture aligned with CBRE's RISE values.
