Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant facilities operations or engineering experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, and performance management.
• Ability to guide sensitive information and communicate expectations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to staff and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate daily activities, assign tasks, set schedules and deadlines.
• Manage training requirements, skill assessments, and safety coaching.
• Communicate with clients and occupants to ensure satisfaction and contract growth.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and certifications; document for audits.
• Track maintenance metrics and report to Site Manager.
• Lead meetings with partners to prioritize work orders and plan downtime.
• Model CBRE RISE values and mentor the team.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues affecting operations.
