Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 7+ years in facilities industry preferred.
• Proven leadership of multi-site teams and P&L oversight.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to direct reports across a portfolio of CBRE accounts.
• Ensure optimal resource levels and cost control while delivering service excellence.
• Lead recruitment, coaching and mentoring of Contract Managers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and drive portfolio growth.
• Oversee P&L, governance, compliance and safety initiatives.
