Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to direct reports across a portfolio of customer contracts.
• Ensure optimum resource levels exist across contracts, balancing cost control with the delivery of service excellence and employee satisfaction.
• Work with other operational leaders to ensure collaborative development of the business and a culture aligned with CBRE's values.
• Own recruitment and selection of Contract Managers, ensuring onboarding and best practice across hires.
• Foster a learning environment with development and succession planning across all contracts.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and lead the mobilization of new contracts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
