The role sits within the facilities management function, supporting property managers with repairs and capital plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience, driver's license, and a facility management certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years in facilities/manufacturing or related fields.
• Certification in Facility Management is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the facilities team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities and assign tasks; ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues.
• Manage operating budgets and capital project planning and reporting.
• Conduct facility inspections and enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage invoicing for services.
• Provide training on maintenance, safety, and best practices.
