Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Unit Leader (Facilities Management) to oversee end-to-end delivery and performance of the FM unit across multiple client accounts in Central Malaysia.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and growth, with responsibility for hard and soft services, P&L, budgeting, and strategic leadership of a multi-site team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive FM experience across multi-site/multi-client portfolios.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong communication of complex information and leadership.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business and sales strategies aligned with market trends and growth objectives.
• Drive growth through client engagement and service expansion.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and financial metrics to meet targets.
• Lead Business Unit reviews with data-driven insights and accountability.
• Oversee delivery of integrated FM services across all sites in the BU.
