Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager in Malaysia to grow the existing OEM/HVAC customer base and expand engagement in Strategic Business Fields (SBFs). You will lead and coach Sales Engineers, provide technical product support, and collaborate with regional teams to drive sustained business growth.

You will identify new opportunities, develop sales plans, and guide the sales cycle from prospecting to closure while maintaining high customer satisfaction and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of field sales experience in industrial sales
• Experience and exposure to the R-HVAC industry advantageous
• Results-oriented, with judgment and initiative to develop solutions
• Excellent customer focus, organisation, problem solving and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing OEM and HVAC accounts to achieve sales targets
• Drive growth in SBFs through market development and customer acquisition initiatives
• Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales pipeline, revenue and market presence
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of opportunities
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts, establishing strong relationships with consultants, main contractors, developers and key customers
• Provide technical sales support and product application expertise to customers
• Support project specifications and promote company solutions during development stages
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and opportunities
• Analyse market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities
• Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate opportunities
• Assist Country Manager in leading and developing Sales Engineers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service and regional teams to achieve objectives
